China’s new fashion trend is great for spoonies and germaphobes

If I lived in China, I would be rocking this trend in a second. You couldn’t tell me nothing. And, this could make my childhood dream of becoming the real-life Kitana from Mortal Kombat reachable.

This past weekend, QIAODAN Yin Peng revealed their new sportswear collection for the upcoming season at Mercedes-Benz China Fashion Week. The collection included sexy smog and surgical masks–yes, you read that right–which, while fashionable and on-trend, still addressed two significant issues within the Chinese and surrounding area populations–high pollution and health consciousness.

Would you rock one of these masks?
